If you ever wished you could spend more time with your family on the holiday, don’t have enough room in the oven to try all the best fall produce from The Chef’s Garden, need the perfect gift to bring to the holiday host… OR are simply just ready to indulge in the greatest mashed potatoes and gravy of your life …. it’s time to let us cook [part of] your thanksgiving feast!
Here, at The Culinary Vegetable Institute, we offer all the festive sides as a cooked meal or a la carte, so you have all the control.
For those of you who’ve joined us the past five years, we’re delighted to welcome you back with new options and old favorites. Specialty fall squash is back, we’ve added a new French Signature Herb Butter, we’re growing a different variety of heirloom squash to ensure the pumpkin pie is extra pumpkin-y, and we really do have the greatest pomme purée you’ve ever had!

Thanksgiving Orders are Pre-Order only. Pre-order is available until 12 Noon on Sunday, November 23rd.
Pick up your order on Wednesday, November 26th between the hours of 10am and 5pm. A member of the CVI staff will contact you to schedule your pick up time.
